Payment
Policies
Prior to placing an order, we ask that
read and agree to the following Terms and
Conditions, known as the Payment Policies,
part of our Order
Policies. By placing an order with
us either on website or by phone, you are
making a fortified statement of agreement
to all Terms and Conditions herein and
hyperlinked to, which will be legally
binding. If you do not agree with any
portion of the Terms and Conditions as
posted herein or hyperlinked to, we ask
that you do not place an order with
us.

Payment
Information

We accept the following forms
of payment payable in US Dollars
only. All orders must be placed
either online or on the phone.
You will be given an order number
either way. Please make note of
this order number and always
refer to it when contacting us.
Please note, we can not accept
orders on the phone from those
wishing to pay by money
order.
All Major Credit
Cards - All payments made
by credit card must be from
those customers with a regular
street billing address. We
will not accept orders from
P.O. Box billing address. As
per our payment processing
provider policies, we must
ship to the credit card
billing address. We ship UPS,
therefor we can not ship to a
P.O. Box Address. Please view

Paypal Instant Payment
Transfer - All payments
made by Paypal.com must be
from those customers with a
confirmed street address. We
will not accept orders from
non-confirmed addresses or
those containing a P.O. Box
address. As per Paypal's
policies, we must ship to the
confirmed address. We ship
UPS, therefor we can not ship
to a P.O. Box Address. Please

Money Orders - We
accept all Money Orders drawn
from US Banks, Financial
Institutions or other
recognized money order
supplier. Money orders must be
made payable in US Dollars
only. All money order payments
must first go through our
online system. You will then
be contacted via automated
email with detailed
instructions on how and where
to send payment. To find out
more about how to make payment
be sure to read your Payment
Instructions email that you
will receive after placing
your order on our online
system and simply follow the
directions. Please remeber to
include your order number on
your payment. Failure to
include your order number will
result in extensive delays and
may cause other problems, so
please include your order
number when corresponding with
us or sending payments. We
will not be laible for any
costs resulting from
non-cashed, stop payments or
lost or destroyed money
orders.
Certified or Bank
Checks - We accept all
Certified & US Bank Checks
made payable in US Dollars
only. To find out more about
how to make payment be sure to
read your Payment Instructions
email and follow the
directions. Please remeber to
include your order number on
your payment, otherwise your
payment will not be processed
and the check will be
destroyed and discarded. We
will not be laible for any
costs resulting from
non-cashed, stop payments or
lost or destroyed check
payments.
Yes, you can call us with your
Visa Mastercard or American
Express payment. However we will
ask you for the Credit Card
billing address, and we will
confirm it and ship to that
confirmed address only. A
$2.95 Order Processing Fee will
be applied to all phone
orders.
All orders must be paid in
full at time of placing order,
including pre-orders.

Order
Cancellations
|

Yes, you can cancel your order
at any time prior to the order or
merchandise being shipped without
penalty or cost. To cancel an
order, have your order number
available and contact our
Customer Support Center at

happy to assist you.
If you decide to cancel an
order after the order or
merchandise has shipped... Please
await the arrival of the item.
When you receive the item contact

happy to assist you. You will be
able to cancel the order and we
will refund in full less any
credit card or paypal transaction
fees and any shipping fees that
may have been incurred, plus a
$5.95 order cancellation
processing fee.
Do not just refuse shipment.
Refused or undeliverable
shipments will be subject to a
restocking fee of 25%, plus
applicable shipping charges both
ways and processing fees will
apply.
Any stopped payments will be
seen as internet fraud, and we
will prosecute to the full extend
of the law.
After the item is delivered,
it is then considered as "Final
Sale".

Dispute Policy

Dispite our efforts in
providing the best possible
product or service, a problem
with an order may arrise. If this
is the case, it is the customer's
responsibility to address the
problem with us, the merchant,
directly so that we can further
assist and try to resolve the
issue.
If you feel that a credit is
due for one reason or another,
you agree to contact our Customer

Us page and we will be
happy to assist you.
We will not tolerate
chargebacks or stop payments
under any circumstance. If you
decide to file a credit card
chargeback or stop payment for
merchandise that has been
shipped, you agree that we have
the right and will file immediate
criminal charges against you. You
further agree to pay all of our
reasonable attorneys fees and
court costs incurred in enforcing
our policies.
If a credit or refund is due,
we will gladly provide one if you
contact us and it is justified.
If you just stop payment, we have
no choice but to feel the order
and transaction was fraudulent.
We will not tolerate chargebacks
or stop payments under any
circumstance. If you decide to
file a credit card chargeback or
stop payment for merchandise that
has been shipped, we will file
immediate criminal charges
against you for Interent &
Mail Fraud and Credit Card Fraud
if applicable. We will contact
your local and federal law
enforcment agencies and prosecute
to the full extent of the law,
both civil and criminal. Which
will include your immediate
arrest.

interest to work out any issues
that may arrise... and the best
way to do that is with
